Why we Exist
We at Deep West were stuck. Until 2019, all the founders were working long hours for salaries that were just a fraction of what their Western colleagues made in the same company. The only difference? We were Indians based in India and they were citizens of Western countries typically based in the USA and Canada. Not only were we making up to 90% less than our Western counterpart’s salary, we also worked long hours under strict supervision while they worked remotely from world vacation destinations with little oversight. And the future looked grim. As Indians, we were blocked from climbing the corporate ladder in these same Western companies. While an American counterpart might be promoted to VP or Partner by the time they reach middle age, we might just as easily be laid off or relegated to back office operations, customer support, or IT for eternity. The system was rigged and it was obvious that we as Indians were being shamelessly exploited.
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit and it became evident how fragile the world economy really is, and how disposable we were to these Western companies, we knew it was time to act. For years, call centers in India were making billions from extracting money from naive individuals in the USA and Canada - but the vast majority of these profits were placed straight into the pockets of the call center bosses, who were often just as oppressive and greedy as the Western companies we once worked for. Our founders knew this from experience - so we made a new way. We built out a platform, assembled the resources, and established the infrastructure to execute our own call center operations designed to extract dollars from naive and unsuspecting residents of Western countries.

A patriotic mission.
Not long after we began using our system did we see the potential. In 2020, the first year of its use, the 5 founders brought in approximately $550,000USD (₹4,00,00,000Rs). In 2022, the system was rolled out to outside members on a subscription basis and since then been transformed into Deep West Extraction Methods Plc., with a mission to give Indians the resources they need to wage an economic war against the nations that exploit them - without the tyrannical call center bosses. In 2023, Deep West set up co-working spaces across India designed to increase the efficiency of subscription members’ performance and place them in an environment with likeminded and patriotic colleagues committed to the economic development of India while ambitious enough to get rich in the process.
